Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating
I have experience working with adults, college-age students, and teenagers with eating disorders + those wanting to heal their relationship with food and their bodies. In therapy, we focus on clarifying values, building mindfulness skills, and practice ways to learn to accept and notice emotions and thoughts without letting them lead to harmful behaviors. We will work toward building a life that feels fuller and help loosen the grip of food rules, self-criticism to create space for lasting change.

Body Image
In therapy, we will work on helping you develop a more flexible and compassionate relationship with your body - rather than trying to force yourself to feel confident or positive all of the time. We will work on using mindfulness skills, engage in values exploration, and explore practical skills to help you move from body struggles to connecting with what really matters to you.

Life Transitions
Life transitions can bring uncertainty, stress, and loss of direction. Our work in therapy will help you process change, make sense of what you're experiencing, and reconnect with your strengths and values. Together, we'll explore what transition means to you, navigate the challenges that come with it, and identify meaningful next steps.

Anxiety, Panic and Depression
Anxiety and depression can feel overwhelming, affecting your thoughts, mood, and daily life. Our work together in therapy will provide a supportive space to better understand these experiences and learn practical ways to cope. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build skills to manage difficult thoughts and emotions, and reconnect with what brings you meaning and balance.
