A safe place for meaningful change
How can therapy help?
It can be a hard step to invest the time for yourself when there are so many other demands you are facing. But you deserve a space to explore which pieces of past experiences are sticking with you and which harmful messages from the culture at large have become part of your inner world.
In therapy, you will get the chance to explore where the deeply imbedded ideas about your own self-worth have come from.
Therapy will allow you to show up for yourself more authentically and will help you practice more vulnerability. When we choose to show up for ourselves in this way, we feel more confident within ourselves, within our bodies and in our own relationships.

Treatment Goals
Consistent Care
The first step is to schedule an initial intake session where we will meet and talk about what is bringing you into therapy at this point in your life. During our first three sessions, I'll ask you to share as much as you can about your life. We can begin wherever you'd like.
Developing goals for therapy is important so you feel you are moving in a positive direction. Together, we will identify and outline specific areas of your life you would like to work on and make goals that align with your core values.
We will pick consistent times to meet and I will continue supporting your journey, encourage honest processing, and highlight themes that I am hearing. Outside of sessions, we will discuss specific ways to work on the goals you have identified in therapy.
